Sustainable Development Goal 13 is to limit and adapt to climate change. It is one of 17 Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations General Assembly in 2015. The official mission statement of this goal is to “Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.

A Bangladeshi American grew up in Dallas, TX. She did her undergrad in Electrical Engineering from Texas A and M University and her MBA from the University of Dallas. She joined Motorola as an RF Engineer and later Nokia Ink in Dallas, TX as a System Engineer. Her published books are Princess of the Tide The Global Rose, Belong to the World, and Journey of the Spirit. Her dance album “Dancing is Like a Poem “contains Hawaiian and Middle Eastern dance. Her passion is to travel and learn Spanish, Chinese Hawaii, and Arabic languages. Her Mantra is, “Being your friend, mother, sister, and Well-wisher I want to leave the last breath of my life “.
