India has reported 53,026 deaths from coronavirus at 2:30 pm (Bangladesh Time) till Wednesday, according to latest data from worldometer.
So far, 2,768,670 cases have been detected in the country till date, the source said.
Apart from this, 2,038,585 patients have been considered recovered.
Besides, the number of active cases are 677,059 while 8,944 of patients are in critical condition, worldometer reported.
With the new tally around 72-hour, 2,927 people died from coronavirus while 178,169 corona cases have been diagnosed, and 175,920 patients have been considered recovered.
