My spirit. My spirit food. Cooking with heart. Bangladesh street food or snack, chat puri dish. Hmm. So so good. Delicious and yummy. And it’s so easy to make. See this? The smell of cilantro, potatoes, the chickpeas, the eggs, the cucumbers, so healthy, tamarind juice, the shells, and the onions and chili, and the crushed red pepper. Wow . And with this, green mango juice. Put a little bit of salt, sugarcane sugar, and bit salt. Have an honor. So good . This is your spirit food cooking with heart. This is your show, Journey of the Spirit. Do not compete or compare with anyone. Walk on your shoe as much as you can go. Going through all the obstacles, you know , going through all the challenges, all the darkness, being the dark night of the soul. What you can do, none of others can be compared. Nobody can compare others pain, other challenges. Everybody has their own pain, own challenges. And some of us just feel that oh, we can do what she or he has done. It’s not easy. Maybe you won’t be able to walk half a mile on their shoe, cuz you don’t know what they went through. So just be your authentic self, your authentic soul, and live the life with grace, with blessings, love, and light.
