Hi my spirit. Welcome to my spirit food. For my spirit food today, I have a very simple Vietnams dessert called Chay. So all I need if you can see coconut milk, any type of coconut milk. You can use corn, sweet corns or you can use you know applesauce you know you can use you know sweet potatoes. It’s anything you like. And then the corn starch and little bit of cinnamon powder.
