Lux star Ishana marries boyfriend Sarif

Former Lux-Channel i superstar Ishana Khan has tied the knot with her boyfriend Sarif Chowdhury, whom she dated over last couple of years.

The wedding took place at Azad Mosque in Gulshan here Wednesday (July 10) evening, amid formal arrangement and presence of family members of both sides.

Bride-groom Sarif is an expatriate network engineer in Australia.

Now the newlyweds are waiting to leave for Australia on Saturday (July 13).

While talking to Banglanews, the small screen actress said the wedding was arranged all of a sudden and sought blessing from all.

Ishana rose to recognition by securing first runner-up in 2009 edition of Lux-Channel I Superstar model hunt.

She appeared in many TV plays and commercials.
