Under heaven, nothing is more soft and yielding than the water. Yet for attracting the solid and strong, nothing is better. It has no equal. The weak can overcome the strong, the supple can overcome the stiff. Under heaven, everyone knows this , yet no one puts it into practice. Therefore, the great ledger says, “He who takes upon himself the humiliation of the people is fit to rule them. He who takes upon himself the country’s disaster deserve to be the king of the universe.” The truth often sounds paradoxical. That is the great truth that he upon takes the pain of the other people, humiliation of the other people, is fit to rule this world, this universe and under heaven, under sky there is no rule. Very very very very interesting you know teaching by uh Tao and this is the Chinese teacher. So this is about the five elements. So what are these five elements and how these five elements affect our life also the seen and the unseen living objects and I’ll be also drawing a painting about these five elements so which are fire and just think about what fire and just thing about what fire does through fire we our life starts through fire you know everything you know just you know cooking to making things you know it’s clearing your energy fire that’s just like the aura that clears that makes the change then the air the air is just something we have to leave our life means breath and that’s the air you see that’s what the air means I am alive I have my life that much important is this element air then comes the water can you live without water 70% of our body our brain is all about water. So water is just that’s why we call it our life water element. We cannot live no living existent can survive without water. than comes the mother earth . You see the soil that’s what we ground ourself. That’s what we are made from and we belong to that soil the mother nature. And we actually go back to earth soil anyhow. Whatever way it is, you know , after we finish our journey, we go and return back to the soil. And then here comes the sky. That’s the crater, the heaven. And we all know the heaven is our last destination, the sky. So, these are the five elements. And I’m going to actually just, you know, make my own painting, the five elements, and then I’ll be cooking the Native American dish, chicken. Come on. Let’s go.
