Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman have sent their condolences to the families of the victims of the fire that broke out at Chawkbazar in Old Dhaka.
At least 67 people were killed and many injured in the fire that broke out at a chemical warehouse in Chawkbazar area of Old Dhaka around 10:45 pm on Wednesday (February 20).
They sent separate condolence messages to President M Abdul Hamid offering condolences to the families of the victims, said a press release sent from the Bangladesh embassy in Riyadh.
The king and the crown prince, in their messages, also expressed their sincere sympathy to the bereaved family members and wished the wounded a speedy recovery, it added.
