Two Bangladeshi entrepreneurs were named among Asia’s “game changers” in this year’s “30 Under 30” list of Forbes magazine.
They are: Hussain M Elius, cofounder and CEO of apps-based ride sharing service ‘Pathao’ and Abdullah Al Morshed, a cartoonist.
The list is composed of 300 individuals from different fields such as social entrepreneurship; retail and commerce; entertainment; sports; health and science; consumer technology; and arts.
Forbes said the names were chosen from over 2,000 entries from 23 countries.
Twenty-one-year-old Japanese-American tennis player Naomi Osaka and female k-pop group BlackPink are among the notable figures who made it to the annual list.
